-1 whole fryer chicken cut into eight pieces
-2 ears of corn, shucked
-2 tbsp. favorite Cajun seasoning
sauce:
-1 14oz. bottle of ketchup
-½ cup pure maple syrup
-¼ cup molasses
-1 tbsp. garlic powder
-1 tbsp. onion powder
-1 tbsp. favorite hot sauce (or more depending on your taste)
-salt and pepper to taste
In mixing bowl combine all ingredients for sauce and mix well, taste to check seasoning heat grill to med-high, season chicken pieces w/ Cajun seasoning and grill 10-12 min. per side, brush liberally w/ sauce and grill a few min. longer until sauce has caramelized a little, season corn w/ Cajun seasoning and grill until corn is golden brown.
