Ingredients
2 lbs fresh jicama peeled and cut into julienne strips
1 red bell pepper cut into julienne strips
1 yellow bell pepper cut into julienne strips
1 green bell pepper cut into julienne strips
1 bunch green onions chopped
2 carrots peeled and cut into julienne strips
1 bottle Italian vinaigrette dressing
Kosher Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix vegetables up with dressing.
Season with salt and pepper.
Let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
