Ingredients
1 poundplum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1 cup chopped red onion
6 tablespoons cilantro, fresh chopped
1/3 cup lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon jalapeño chilies, minced
2 tablespoons banana peppers, minced
Directions
1) Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss to blend well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2) Let stand at least 30 minutes for flavors to develop.
