The API has unveiled its newest and most innovative benefit to date to all current and new members of the API - The Legal Plan Universal Application Portal . This web “portal” type application allows current API members the opportunity to apply to participating legal plans with the click of one button! Not only that, but once you’ve been accepted to one plan, the API web application makes it just as easy to renew your credentials with all plans, again, with the click of one button! Mentoring Program
As some of you have already experienced, we
have started a new Mentoring Program for
all new and existing members. Joining a large
association can be overwhelming and sometimes
the benefits can get lost in the shuffle.
To avoid that, all new members and any existing
members can take advantage of our veteran
members who are volunteering their time to
work one-on-one with those who are interested
in learning about the API -inside and out. New
members will be matched automatically, and
existing members should contact Sara Pekar
to be matched. We believe in leadership from within!
API - Going Paperless?
Well, not overnight, but we're certainly
taking steps in that direction. With that
said, we'd like to offer our members the
option of receiving their API communications
via email or print. If you're interested in
receiving your conference info., NewsBriefs,
etc. via email, let us know. Please note,
that your privacy is important to us;
therefore, we will not sell, rent, or
give your name or address to anyone.
