Consumer Protection Alert
Attorney General Jack Conway announced a settlement resolving allegations of predatory lending practices against Countrywide Financial Corporation. As part of the settlement, Kentucky will receive $1.64 million to assist approximately 2,500 Kentucky borrowers.
